Q. How quickly can I get my new web site?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to have your site on the net and ready for you to add information about your business using the control panel.
Q. What does it really cost?
There are no hidden costs. The web site with 5 megs of space which is enough to hold your web pages plus up to 300 individual product/service pages with pictures and descriptions. Your subscription is R599.00 per month, and there are no hidden additional design or setup charges. We will register your domain name for R250.00.
Q. What is needed to be able to have a fully automatic, owner controlled, business web site?
Requirements are a computer, internet access, and a means of taking pictures for your site.
Q.What about html code and ftp knowledge?
You don’t need any technical knowledge - the software made available to you generates your web page template and also does the uploading of information automatically for you. If you can enter information on the keyboard and know how to use the mouse then you are all set to take control and have your own web site.
Q. How often can I change my site to add pictures or update it?
As often as you like, 24 hours every day. You have total access to, and total control of your web site using your control panel with your user name and password.
Q. Can I change my password?
Yes, you can change your password anytime.
Q. How do I add pictures to my web site?
To add, delete or modify any listings go to your control panel and click on Add Listings. A screen appears that asks for all of your information about the photo you are submitting. Complete directions are found in your manual. If still in doubt you can contact us.
Q. Will there be any "surprise" additional charges?
No there will not. You pay one low rate and as you are in control of your own site there is no need for us to charge any additional fees. All eBiz is capable of creating customized applications for your estore, but please be aware that as in any customized service there will be additional costs involved. In this case All eBiz will endeavor to keep them as minimal possible. No customized work will be performed unless All eBiz is asked to do so.
Q. What about photos?
By far the easiest way is using a digital camera. Our preferred digital camera is the Sony Mavica due to its ease of use and with its email setting the pictures are the exact size you need for your web site. Plus the Mavica puts the pictures right onto a floppy disk ready for your use. Alternatively you can use a standard 35mm camera or a Polaroid camera and then use a scanner followed by a photo compression software to make the pictures ready for use on your web site.
Q. How many photos can I put on a page, and how many pages can I put on my site?
Each page is capable of 2 pictures of the item or service offered along with a description. If you prepare your photos to the recommended size your site should allow for approximately 300 pages with one photo, or 150 pages with 2 photos on each page, or somewhere in between if you put 1 photo on some and 2 photos on others.
Q. Do we need to know how to create or design web pages?
No, the simple-to-use templates are as simple as filling out a form. You just fill in the provided fields with your information and it is automatically uploaded to your web site.
Q. What if we need help or support?
The software is so easy to use the odds are you won’t need any help at all, but if you do we are available by phone or email to provide the help you might need.

Q. How do I contact search engines to register my site?
All eBiz will register your estore with all major search engines at no additional cost to you. It is a part of our service.
Q. How do I set up the secure order page?
Using the template provided you just enter your information and choices. Complete directions are found in the user manual which is supplied. If still having problems you can contact us.
Q. Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely. All eBiz will provide a live demo for you at your premises (depending on geographical location). You could also obtain a ten day fully functional trial site by sending an email to us. We will set the site up that day and email you when it is ready to edit to your liking.
